Jean-Yves Trosset

Après sa thèse de doctorat de l’Université Paris VI, effectuée au laboratoire du Prof. J. Garnier à l’INRA Jouy-en-Josas, Jean-Yves Trosset a rejoint le groupe du Prof. H.A. Scheraga à l’université de Cornell (1993-1999) ou il développe un logiciel de modélisation moléculaire PRODOCK spécialisé dans l’étude des interactions protéine-protéine. Après une expérience en industrie pharmaceutique à Pharmacia & Upjohn (devenu Pharmacia, Pfizer puis Nerviano Medical Science) entre 1999 et 2006, Dr. Trosset fonde une société de consultant Noveron Sarl-co-KG pour la recherche in silico de molécules d’intérêt thérapeutiques pour les biotechnologies. Il est maintenant directeur du laboratoire BIRL de l’école Sup’Biotech.
