Deadlines for application

Fall semester:

• Nomination deadline: May 31, 2024
• Application deadline: June 21, 2024

Application file

Following your nomination from your home university, you need to complete the application form.

When you have completed the online application form, you must send the following documents by email: 

• Your Curriculum Vitae
• Letter of motivation
• A copy of your latest transcripts
• A proof of your English level (see details in the fact sheet)
• Certificate of vaccination: Tetanus and Hepatitis B 

From Monday to Thursday: from 9:30am to 5:30pm (French time zone). Closed on Friday.
