3rd year of the engineering degree (Biotech 3)
This 1st year of training at engineering school is internationally orientated.
Personalization of the curriculum takes place at the same time through opening seminaries that help students to choose their options for the Engineering cycle: Majors and Minors.
The 1st semester
From the beginning of the third year Sup’Biotech welcomes foreign students over a period of one or several semesters. Lessons are in English and lessons for those French students in the international class are 80% in English (except for engineering science) and students can sponsor foreign students if they so desire. The other part of the class pursue studies abroad.
Skill acquisition
Applied Sciences
- Special Sciences
- Biomimetics
- Synthetic Biology
- Introduction to biotechnology sectors
- Engineering Sciences
- Mathematics
- Computing
International dimension
Already disciplined in the practice of the English language, the student can choose one of the partner universities for the semester abroad. He will find new work methods, a different culture and develop contacts that will be useful in his future professional life. This crucial international dimension gives the Sup’Biotech study path a level of professional ambition that suits the scale of the challenge.
2nd semester
The second semester begins in February, all the students are back together again and some of those who have returned from their semester abroad can join the international class.
This is also the time to help students choose their Majors and Minors thanks to elective courses
